Celestial Compasses have been dropping in value lately seemingly mirroring the fall in value of tormented weapons, now wouldn't be the best time to sell. I would recommend holding on to them unless you find a WTB ad in-game, honestly the previous price quote is very generous, if you can find a buyer for a Q13 Channeling between 15-20e you should take it, but expect even 15e to be on the higher end (I could've grabbed one at 50k in Kamadan just a couple of days ago). Q13 Water Magic is even poorer, whatever you can get following the same rules as the Channeling, I've witnessed two WTS ads in Kamadan at 35k and 40k recently but I'm not aware of the final sale price.

I saw someone selling q13 channeling for 35k this morning and the water magic 1 is extremely low. i bought a q9 water for 50k recently
