Completed EotN on my mesmer yesterday and expected Lt. Thackeray to appear in the HoM for the dialogs with Gwen. Both the official wiki and unofficial wiki say that completion of EotN is enough to get him to show up. However, it's not happening on my mesmer.
Anyone else have this happen? And if so, were you able to get him to show up somehow?

According to that flowchart, completion of eye of the north (or the wintersday quests) should enable the Gwen/Thackeray dialog #1. I've completed eye of the north and dialog #1 is not starting.
EDIT: Nevermind, can a mod close this please. I appear to have already done the Gwen/Thackeray dialog on this character. I stepped out of EotN to do a quest and Evennia was there talking to the Ebon Vanguard. I must have done the wintersday quests on this character and not remembered.
