If people are still regularly buying them Anet wont drop the price.
If sales drop continually then they'll drop the price. Also, I think this might be in the wrong Board... or the wrong forum altogether... but im not sure >.> |

Speaking for myself but I'm sure others, I have a job, a very good technical job resulting from my degree at a very respected Californian university. I don't throw good money at bad deals, whether that's Napa Valley wine, supermarket food, or comp games / micro transactions.
When I can get a trilogy for $20 with 8 chars full of storage (and gameplay), it's silly to pay $10 for a few panes. I have 3 comps at home so it's no issue muling across accts. |

Everyone should just boycott buying panes and buy character slots at the same price but with potential for MORE inventory. Also, last time I checked you can play those new characters too. It always was a head scratcher for me that people would buy 20 slots at $10.

Everyone should just boycott buying from the online store period.
If you buy a Trilogy for $20, that's about $10 going into the retailer's pocket, $5 for packaging materials and transportation, and about $5 to Anet (estimations). If you buy anything from the online store, 100% of that money goes to Anet. |

I was referring to the quote and living in California. The cost of living in California IS a bad deal. If you don't think so, well then welcome to my point about opinions and it being relative :-)
