Assuming it's inscribable (inscriptable, whatever you prefer) the most recent pricing has placed a Q9 Divine at 25-35k, with one allegedly selling in-game at 50k.

Im actually the one who bought for 50k but that was a while back. These are quite hard to find with q9 if your spamming to buy one but the demand for these is low so 25-35k seems fair atm.
