Motivation shield, 20-40k. The motivation requirement is the problem. Wait for Paragon updates if/when it comes.
Suntouched Shield, 100k+10e - 100k+40e. Paragon secondary builds in PvP utilize running skills at 9 command for +16 armor. Having extra attribute points with only losing 2 armor is a high-end PvPer dream. Depends on who is looking it might go as far as 100k+XXXe. To top that off, skin isn't to bad.
Adding good mods, even though useless because whoever is buying will add their own, will make it look more appealing.
