Perfect old School Curses Offhand

I just recently bought an oldschool 10/10 req 9 curses Gorgon from Jason for ~30k. IMO this one would be around the same range or less, unless I got a killer deal.
EDIT: I realize they're not the same, but it would seem that 10/10 is more desirable than hsr 20%/+1 20%. As a curses necro main, I would generally prefer 10/10 or hct 20% to your hsr 20%, which is why I said I thought yours would be the same as mine or less. Wait for more opinions though, since, as you said, these seem to be quite rare as perfect non-inscribables.

I agree with Todeshand. I wouldn't let it go for less than 100k.
