GW Guru port scans?

(I don't know if this is the right place to put this..)

Sometimes when i open a new GW Guru tab or sometimes when i just have a page open for a bit my firewall says that an ip (which is GW Guru's) is port scanning my pc.

Why is it port scanning my pc? Is it safe?

That shouldn't be happening. We haven't received any other reports of this so I think it would be safe to say that you need to run a thorough virus/spyware scan of your computer.

Ive had this happen with my Old computer, but once i got my new computer this stopped happening. so youre not the only one. But my old ocmputer had a lot of spys on it. id suggest you to download a spyware program/antivirus.
