As far as I know most dervish runners use the Unstoppable Droks runner build from pvx when they do other runs like EoTN-tour, sanctum, ascalon, etc.
They only tweak that build a bit.
For example: instead of "Don't Trip!" or Heart of Shadow a runner might take other skills, like Vital Boon + Signet of pious Light for more healing or watchfull intervention for a heal when they're about to die + the Pve-only skill Feel no Pain for a great on the run heal.
But if you don't want to use an D/A build (though they are the most effective to use in most situations) you can also try to run with an avatar and use warrior/monk skills for more defense/healing.
Avatar of Balthazar is a very usefull form because it gives you a permanent speedboost + extra armor, it's a long lasting skill, you can also take Balanced stance(unlike most running builds) for immunity to knockdowns and critical hits. The downside will be that you need some form of hex removal because it won't protect you from hexes like VoS does.
Avatar of Dwayna is also a good variant, since you can just spam skills like Pious Haste for hex removal and small heals, but unlike AoB you need to take a speedboost.
The only downside of avatars are that you have chance to be interrupted when you need to recast it while in a mob, or that Eternal Aura(which you need to mantain your avatars) will be stripped before you can finish casting your form.
Forgot to answer your question! >_< well here's a list of skills that I use when running, depending on the situation:
Speedboosts
Speedboosts are a runners best friend, without em you're nowhere

.
Pious Haste (a common skill used while running, but watch out you don't strip important echantedments like VoS.)
Enchanted haste(A good variation for if you dont want to use Pious Haste, the downside is, is that you need a enchantment on you for the speed boost. So use it in areá's without ench removal.)
Harrier's Haste(Not very much used but it's not a bad skill, though you need to invest heavy in wind prayer's to make it effective
Signet of mystic speed(Again you need to have enchantments on you, but this is not a stance! so you can use skills like balanced stance.)
Dash(a common skill, It can be used to cancel spells like VoS, or to escape mobs more easily, you can also run over traps without activating them.)
Dark Escape(not a common skill on a dervish bar but it's not a bad skill, and it also gives damage reduction.)
Avatar of balthazar(good skill but you might want to use hex removal skills, when you use this. It also gives +40 armor which is always nice.)
There are other speed boosts from other professions(ranger/warrior) like: Soldier's speed, sprint, Natural stride and Storm chaser I won't say much about these, because they aren't that good when you're running on a dervish, but you can use them.
Healing
There are very much healing skills, but only a few of them are realy effective on a runner.
Mystic regenation (a good skill but you need other enchantments to make it worthwhile, you also need to watchout using this when you use Pious Haste.)
Vital Boon + SoPL(a very good heal, it can heal for over 300 health, with just 8 sec recharge, but make sure you wont be knockeddown while using it.)
Feel no pain(a Pve skill which gives a lil bit of regen, but it's very usefull to counter hexes like Suffering and conditions like bleeding, it also gives a small health boost if you're drunk)
Death's charge/Heart of Shadow (both can function like a heal, but it's used to avoid rubberbanding and speed up the run.)
Watchfull/faithfull Intervention(good skills to save you from a death, though if you use Pious Haste Faithfull Intervention is only usefull if you cast it before a mob you're running through.)
Troll Unguent(not very common, but you might use it when you go D/R.)
Feigned Neutrality/Shadow Sanctuary(both skills are commonly used by runners, since both give a nice armor boost and huge regenation.
Again there are more skills used for healing, but those are (as far as I know) the best ones to bring.
Anti Knockdown
Only a few runs have trouble with Knockdowns but then again you might use the skills for another function they have.
"I am unstoppable!"(A great skill! Anti-kd and Anti-cripple for 15..20 seconds, it also gives a small armor boost for a lil bit more survival, I always take this skill when im running since anti-cripple/atmor is always nice.)
Fleeting stability(This was mainly used before the release of eotn, It's a good alternative for when you dont have IaU, but you need to watchout that you wont cancel it with Pious Haste while in a mob.)
Balanced Stance (like the name says it's a stance, so you may want to use other skills since this wil cancel your running stance, but it's great when you use Signet of Mystic Speed and/or Avatar of Balthazar.)
"Don't Trip!" (a good skill if you know the spawns in the area you're running, since this is a "timing" knockdown, if you won't time it right you won't avoid the knockdown.)
Shadowsteps
Shadowsteps can be used to heal, avoid rubberbanding or to skip mobs and speed up the run.
Most got a rather long recharge, so don't over-use them.
Death's Charge(a heal and shadow step in one, if you got another shadowstep with you, then you may want to save this for when you're in trouble.)
Dark Prison(a shadowstep, simply to skip mobs and speed up the run, mind the 10 energy cost.)
Heart of Shadow(a heal and you can use it to avoid/get out of a rubberband: The best skill (imo) to counter a rubberband, this never leaves my skill bar when im D/A.)
Viper's Defense(Not very common but it can be used instead of HoS, but remember: it doesn't heal you.)
Condition Counters
Most runners "tank" the conditions and just let em run out, but when you're beginning. this might be hard to do.
Mending touch (If you go D/Mo never forget this skill, It's a very good skill, it removes 2 conditions and it heals a bit with just 6 seconds recharge!)
Mend aliment (If you dont got Mending touch this might be a good alternative.)
Antidote Signet(not a common skill to use on a dervish, but it's not bad.
Only use it when you go D/R)
Hex Counters
Hexes are the most annoying thing a runner can have on him they either slow you down or give a long lasting degen(most give more then conditions). When you get a hex on you that gives heavy degen/slows you down, remove it as soon as possible.
VoS(best counter a dervish can have, but watch out you don't remove it with Pious haste in dangerous situations.)
Shadowform(since it "nerf" it's one of the best way's to counter hexes when you're running, but unlike VoS dervish cannot mantain it on it's own.)
Various hex removals can be used:
D/any
Avatar of Dwayna(spam skills while under the effects of this for small heals and hex removal.)
Pious Restoration + Vital boon(big heal and 2 hex removals in one.)
D/Mo
Holy Veil(if you pre-cast it you can counter 2 hexes, also the 12 sec recharge makes it a very good skill.)
Cure Hex(heal and hex removal in one.)
Remove Hex(simple hex removal, can be used if you dont got anything else.)
D/Me (this is not a common variation but, it can be used)
Inspired Hex (quik casting hex removal, with 20 sec recharge.)
Revealed Hex(quik casting hex removal, with 20 sec recharge.)
Hex Breaker (if you use AoB this is a very usefull skill, if you pre-cast it. you can counter 2 hexes, very easily with this.
Again there are more Hex removals, but these are the best ones for a runner (imo).
Other skills
Other skills which you can use while running.
Deadly Paradox (with this you can mantain shadow form, but because of it's high energy cost i wont recommend it on a dervish.)
Dwarven Stability(this only gives anti-kd when you're drunk, but also makes your stances last longer, when you go into an area without/minor enchant removal, always bring it.)
"You Move Like A Dwarf!"(some runners use this to interrupt lethal spells.)
That's all I can think of for now, so I hope that I helped!
