I wouldn't let one go for less than 75e, interest is dropping in the non-meta attributes (protection and healing in the case of the Monk's BDS fetch 2-3x the price for a Q9). You should be able to get significantly more than that with patience though, and players in-game often pay ridculous amounts for them. I'd check what bids you can get on Guru and compare that to offers in-game.
