Sometimes I experience a problem where character movement becomes very jerky and erratic while the latency and fps is fine. The problem is magnified when I am in combat. I have no idea what is causing this.
Here's a video to show what I mean.

I get that after minimizing the game and then after some time (5 min or more) maximizing. Dunno why that happens, some desync or smthing. But it gets normal after a while.

I have also noticed that it happens after I alt-tab to look at something else then return to guild wars. Sometimes it doesn't last long but other times it tends to last a long time.

Whats your graphic card? Mine is geforce8500. Wouldn't surprise me if it was faulty card or driver problem.

I have a radeon hd 4870. Just updated driver to the latest version yesterday. I bought it a little less than a year ago and have never experienced any problems related to my graphics card.

Doesn't look to ba a GPU related problem. I'd say that for some reason there's a problem with the position of your character and H&H that is determined by the servers and the one determined by your computer.
I sometimes experience this problem with heroes after alt tabing, however it never happened to my character as well.
Unfortunately, i don't know a way to fix this.

This happens to me once a blue moon when I alt-tab through my windows. It usually fixes itself after a little while.
Normally I just click "End Process" in my Task Manager and reopen it to make it go away. Meh.

Restarting guild wars does remove the problem but it is not a very good solution when you are in the middle of a mission or vanquish.

Terminating GW with task manager will allow you to use the reconnect feature. It's only a temporary workaround rather than a long term solution, however.

After contacting support for the last several days, I have found another temporary solution. Running the game in windowed mode will never cause this problem.
