My friend got the setup for his computer, the glasses and monitor. Played games like NFS:Shift, BC2, and Batman AA and they looked amazing. I was wondering if anyone has seen how Guild Wars looks in 3D and would like to share there opinion on how it looks.

Mess with them and zoom in and out rapidly.

According to NVidia's site for all the games that are available for 3D splendour, Guild Wars is ranked as Good.

Interesting to see that FIFA10 is also ranked good, but FIFA08 is ranked excellent.

I remember reading up on that not to long ago. I wonder how the HUD would look, if it would be in 3D or not. Guess I'll ask my friend and see if he'll let me install the game on his comp. He's a bit picky about that stuff :/.

aren't there those TV's you can just plug your PC into that have the 3D thing so you don't need glasses? (just curious since there's all these gaming things with glasses, even though 3D tvs have come out).

sounds fun though ^^, although when you're forced to zoom in in a smalll dungeon corridor it might look a bit weird, having random bits of wall appear.

the only 3d thing announced recently that doesn't require glasses is nintendo's new handheld.

the 3d TVs require glasses.

On top of which, the 3D TVs cost a fortune. Although the upside is that the new tech has lowered the price of other types of flat screens.

@OP - if he lets you install the game, come back and let us know how it looked.
