PvX New player looking for mature guild

Hello,
I have been playing Guild Wars for about a month, going through most of the Prophecies campaign by myself. Playing alone all the time isn't very fun(henchmen aren't the smartest players around). I am looking for others to play through the rest of Prophecies with as well as all of Eye of the North and Factions(i don't have nightfall). I would also like to PvP, i have never done any PvP in Guild Wars. I would like to play with other people new to the game because I don't like getting carried through things.
I have seen many guilds looking for new players but i do not know what all the abbreviations they advertise mean. So i have never applied to them.
I'm in the pacific time zone and i usually play in the evenings at least three nights a week. I'm interested in playing with people that are around the same age as me(30).
