This one is real old.

I've not seen to manything inthe past couple of years that are max but req. 8.
The low Q is why i think that may be worth something. Even if it is uninscribable.

The uninsc IDS is only about 15k. The insc from the traveler is a little higher at about 20k.

The white shield is pretty much merchant fodder. Merch it.

Agree with Agdron here, although the Traveler IDS is 10-15k as well.

I observed that people ask for the insc IDS more often. Higher market = higher price. So if uninsc sells for 15k then insc sells for 20k or so.
