You should be able to fetch ~15-20k for the Amber Wand; not the most popular skin, nor most favorable req, but still nice. I would get a second opinion though.

5. Wand is merch fodder imo. Salvage the Memory wrapping and sell for 2k (no way it's 5k, lol);
6. Platinum wands are worth a bit only oldschool. Inscr ones are 5k at best.

And a dom q9 insc plat wand can def sell for more than 5k. I recently observed one sold at 25k

Q9 DOM Plat Wand - Domination is the only attr worth money on insc versions, 25k seems to be a realistic estimate (other q9 insc plat wands are borderline merchable)
Baneful Scepter - merch, might want to salvage the wrapping but Wand Wrappings of Memory 20% are practically unsellable at 1k or any price at all... unless you're lucky to find someone who needs it asap for his new froggy and cba wtb spamming for more than a minute.
