In System Preferences there is an option to allow you to use two fingers on the touch pad + click = right click.

Command + click is also right-click in most applications (sometimes Control + click).

That said, playing most games without a mouse is often a ballache.

As Guild Wars is designed to use with a mouse, you might be better off buying one.

most definately by a mouse... playing guild wars with the trackpad is less than ideal, especially if you plan to use click to move

The Mac laptop SHOULD have a right click hidden in that trackpad somewhere.. try actually clicking the bottom right corner without touching the other side of the trackpad. Right click devices (apple mice and trackpads) have been included with Macs since the better half of the 00's decade.
