What's the best anyone has gotten from a royal gift? im just curious.
The best I've ever gotten is a Shining Blade Warhorn in one and 4 lockpicks from another. What about you?

Other than that mostly junk like exp scrolls , a few lockpicks and some cons .
Minis from the gifts aren't worth all that much now though , if I gets another ill probably just stick it in my hall.

Two mini Salma's, one mini Evennia... but it took hundreds of Royal Gifts to get them (I was repeating the daily "wanted" bounties using 7 different characters).
I traded one the Salma's for a Livia to complete the set, and all three are now in my HoM. I still take the Wanted bounties sometimes, in the hopes that one of the mantle minis will drop... but the War Supplies just get used as consumables now.

yesterday I needed a new id kit so I opened one gift and yup, out popped a sup id kit!--so that was the best thing so far (getting something when you need it).

Went through about 120 gifts from the quests. Best drops were a mini livia at around the 116th gift and 2 sets of 5 lockpicks.
Ok gifts were some 1-3 lockpicks, couple consumables and 1 war horn, few medals of honor too, probably 8 or so total
Mostly they were shit. junk scrolls, more junk scrolls, crap lokum type stuff, singular brandies etc..
In the end I decided to get the other two mini's I'd just sell war supplies at 250g each or so, then buy ectos and trade them for the mini's. FAR more profitable to do it that way, selling war supplies or gifts then relying on Anet's shitty drop rate to get you something nice.
