i dont see anything rare about it, its q9, not perfect and the skin is still dropping in game, id have to say merchant but wait for another opinion cause i might be wrong about it

at least 30-40k imo even if vs hexed isnt rly good!

The king of hammers agrees with the previous post. Inscribable ascalon mauls are silliness like all the rest of their let's-give-people-cheap-versions-of-what-they-cant-afford brethren, but noninsc ones with decent req and nerfed mod are respectable.
