Non-max damage and Q8 is merch food. If they were Q7, they might be worth something, but you won't get anything for these.

there's no real market for this kind of items, but 7-16 is the highest currently droppable q8. Some specific build might want them as it's the only alternative to buying old gold max ones for 20e++. They're also pretty uncommon - you will likely find a couple q8/16 shields before getting 1 7-16/q8 daggers. I wouldn't merch but actiive selling of them is a waste of time.

The skins sucks, and like Yawgmoth said, it might be worth something to some particular people, but its just gonna be another item that clogs up ur storage cause its gonna take forever to sell and you will only get ~10-15k for it if you do sell it. So I say merch to save urself the trouble and wasted space.
