Transfer Campaigns or New Character?

Hi, I was just wondering if its more beneficial to make a new character in a campaign (Factions and Nightfall) rather than transferring over my Prophecies character aside from having more characters (or are they really important?). My character right now is an E/Mo if it matters. Also, I wanna be able to fill my HoM eventually, if it matters, again.

You don't actually "transfer" characters to another campaign. You simply gain access to the other campaign as well as the one(s) you already have. Say, for example, your E/Mo started in Prophecies - once you get to Lion's Arch, you can get a small quest which will take you to Nightfall (or Factions). Once you've done that, you can travel freely back and forth between Prophecies and the other campaign(s) whenever you like by using the "boat" on the map. It simply becomes a larger world.
You would enter the other campaigns past the normal starting point, but you would only lose the starter quests and all of the territory can be accessed for cartography, etc., titles.
So, there would certainly be no point to starting a new E/Mo in a different campaign, but, of course there are some classes - Assassin & Ritualist in Factions; Dervish & Paragon in Nightfall - that can only be started in the particular campaign.

Not really. Unless you want more chars, as you said, but that is just a fun factor. You said you want to fill the HoM, so I assume you're going for GWAMM. That means you need to do all the titles on the same guy, so getting your E/Mo through all the content is a must

Thanks Quaker and Mintha! I guess I'm gonna go use my elementalist to go through the campaigns I tried looking at all the stuff for HoM and I think I'll focus on finishing all 3 campaigns before worrying about farming and getting titles.
