PvE: LF pve guild (euro) *still looking*

I'm looking for a high-end pve guild. I'm 22, from England, and only part time employed so I have plenty of spare time. I'm mature and like to hang out on vent and have decent people to chat to, as I like the social aspect of gaming. I returned to GW about a month ago after a 3 year break.

I mostly prefer to play ranger and necro, I have 12 pve chars in total of various profs, although some have become extra storage.

What I'm looking for:
- I'm interested in pve, doing any combination of the following: EotN Dungeons, HM missions, ZM + ZB, DoA, UW, FoW, Urgoz, Deep
- I prefer balanced teams (not really a fan of SC)
- Ideally something going on every day
- An active guild, one that ideally has a core group of players and doesn't need to rely on pick-ups
- No elitism or immaturity
- Euro timezone
- Vent/TS server (I have a mic)
- I'm willing to help out other guild members
