Vabbian - 70-80k imo, good skin and Command is sought after.
The cesta is deff not merch fodder. It has max stats, both mods and not sucky ones, rather rare for an OS offhand, and is q9. I would say at least 100k, but get more opinions.

The shield is only about 50k (tactic > command)
the cesta has good mods.... IF it was a shield. But as far as foci go, those mods aren't really practical. I would say 25k at most.
