I don't see a Gloom Shield on the provided picture.
Merch everything but the Dwarven axe which is probably around 15-20k and Exuro's will which will fetch you a few k as well.

I would merch the gloom, tbh. High q kills it.
Dead Sword might fetch some 5-10k.
