It's a strange one, not available in the game any more (9 smiting req, 20% HCT and 20% HSR for Protection(!) Skills). No idea what it's worth!

Well, the combo ain't a happy one, req smite with 20/20 prot. Still, it might be worth a little for the fact that it's no longer available. I'm unsure about its value, though...
