Random Arenas - getting 25 wins in a row

I think there is something unfair with RA. I've played a lot of RA lately, and sometimes after getting 20+ cons, I've ended at 23/24 max, because somebody has left the team after 1 or 2 matches and I took his empty place later. Also, the problem is that not all teams inform newcomers they got some cons already.

It is sad, because last 25 match has the biggest number of bonus points.

I think, if I join the team which has already some cons, after getting 25 for them they should "autoleave" (like enemy does after losing match) but I should continue with some new players to get my own 25 cons in row.

Or just let the whole team to play a few additional matches like in old times where I was often playing additional 1 or 2 TA matches for someone who joined us later to get him 10th win. Now it is not possible at all.
