PC gold bow and rit staff

picked up a poisonous ivory bow(15-28 pierceing dmg, req 11 marksmanship, lengthens poison 33%) and an embercrest staff of mastery(halves recharge of skills[20%chnce], +10 energy, 11-22 lightning dmg, +1 spawning power, insc"too much information"[+15%dmg vs hexed foes]) on my last ZB...no idea what to charge for either >.<

ivory bow is pretty much for merchant and what req is the embercrest staff?
