Today has been really bad all day for me in American Districts and International District of RA. I live in San Diego, California. here is the server info of one of my sessions:

I had averages higher than that but did not screen cap them like I did this one. It just got so bad I wanted to post here.
The game would pause due to high ping. the lag has been incredible all day in RA for me. Before you started working on these last night my ping was actually better than it had been in a while. Now, not so much.
