Yup, but salvage the max fortitude mod off first.
Also, I'm fairly certain that the second vertebreaker (+5e) could get a lot more if modded as a caster sword (aka with a 20% enchant). Then it's essentially a totem axe but with a much nicer skin, and a perfect vertebreaker like that is fairly rare.
I'd hold onto it for a while.
