From PvP perspective (excluding AB, CMs, Codex) which is better for each arena (RA, HA, GvG)?

Personally, I normally take Blessed in HA and GvG while taking Survivor in RA. However, for a SH ele I've heard that Survivor>Blessed for that build.

if you are running with two elements you should use prismatic otherwise blessed.

If you're not running Aura Resto, go with Survivor's or Stalwart.
