Cantha & tyria drop em quite often, overall Chest running Cantha and tyria gives alot of Slaying mods, getting specific one is just luck tho

They don't drop in Tyria since there were no demons in Tyria. The first demons introduced to the game were Oni, I believe, which are only found in Cantha.

The Tombs of the Primeval Kings have been farmed extensively but they never produced any demonslaying mods as far as I know of. I've had Charrslaying and Dwarfslaying mods from farming the first level, however.
I think the loot algorithim restricts demonslaying mods to Cantha.
