I assume these are all uninscribable/oldschool?
In that case, merch the first one, as the inherent is terrible. You might want to salvage off the mods to use for hero weapons, even though they're not max.
I don't have specific estimates for the others, though the q10 chaos axe won't be worth much.

First choas axe is pretty much merchant, but you can sell it for 3k around to people who just want them for skin. i have seen people looking for cheap choas axe with terrible mods.

second one go from 45-55k

thrid one is also merchant, again you can sell it cheap to some one for skin 1-3k.

demoncrest spear, get another opinion i would say 50-70k

q9 15^50 is ~50k, q9 19v50 is rather awful, but to an impressionable bloke it could still be some 5-10k. q10 15vsHexed ~5k just for the skin and the fact that it's gold. Try selling them in Ascalon, even white non-max chaox axes go there fast at 1k .
