because of the skin and some people can still use +5 energy and slap 20% enchant to make use of caster weapon i would say 100-25e but ask more opinion and see what you get

No inscr on it, no inherent, that sucks badly. Still some 50, maaaybe 100k for the skin, but I doubt it.
