PvE: LFG willing to teach me SC etc

I've been playing for nearly 5 years, but I've never really got into high end stuff in Guild Wars, I mostly do things on my own with Heroes/Henchmen.

So I would just go with PUG's for the speed clears, but I don't know any builds and my lack of experience is likely to anger any PUG's I go with.

I'm experienced in DoA glaiveway runs, but it's getting a bit boring and I'm looking into specifically UW speed clears.
