Buying Bulk Normal Tomes

I am looking to spend approximately 200 plat on various normal tomes. Seeing as how they are cheaper than buying the skills from the skill trainer for 1 plat each, I'm attempting to use this option to reduce the cost of buying skills for my different characters. On this same point, I am not looking to buy elite tomes, as it is cheaper to buy the Cap Sig for 1k and go hunt for the skill instead of paying for the elite tome.

In terms of the tomes, I am buying any tome EXCEPT Assassin, Mesmer, and Ranger. For those three classes, I already have all of the tomes that I require, and will not buy any additional tomes of these classes under any circumstance. Additionally, I need a very limited number of Warrior tomes, approximately 30 at the time of this post. I will update this post as I get closer to the total number that I require.

As far as the other classes, here are approximate numbers based on class:

Elementalist: 150
Necromancer: 340
Monk: 310
Ritualist: 250
Dervish: 290
Paragon: 310

In terms of pricing, I will never pay over 900 gold per tome, as at that point, I could just save a lot of time and stress with going to the skill trainer. Instead, I am willing to negotiate prices based on the type of tome, and amount offered, and will expect to pay between 500 and 800 gold per tome based on those criteria.

I am living in the Eastern Time Zone of the United States, and am often on in the afternoon to evening hours. Additionally, I'm currently working off hotel internet, so if I'm slow in responding or zoning into an area to make the trade, I'm doing the best I can, but I don't think it's possible to win with hotel internet ever..... I'm willing to accept anything from a single tome to large bulk offers based on what you are willing to trade.
