I want to buy a tactics oppressor shield for a reasonable offer. I know the price has been dropping on these weapons so give me a reasonable offer in this thread, or IG (Fossilized Amber). In addition to the shield I would also like to buy a shield handle (+hp while enchanted or simply +hp; neither would have to be perfect but perfect is preferred)

I'd sell you one for 40k , clean. I've sold a couple of Oppressor's stuff at this price so I consider it to be fair.
