PC on an odd wep...

Halves skill recharge of spells (Chance: 20%)

Cold Dmg: 11-22 (Requires 9 Water Magic)
Halves casting time of Blood Magic spells (Chance:20%)
Divine Favor +1 (20% chance while using skills)

I guess the people at ArenaNet decided to put random mods on weps like this. The weapon has max everything, yet I'm confused as to whether I should try to sell it or just merch it. Thanks in advance!

OS staves drop with all combos of mods and attributes, so it ain't that special. Yesterday I got a holy branch req DF with Communing inherent and Ait Magic wrapping... Nothing special about yer staff, and the Water-Blood combo sucks, so it's not worth anything, I'm afraid (although we all know blood to be thicker than water...).
