I recently Sold a Req 8 Oni Blade 15vsHex for 35e...and based off the ratio.
I'd put a 80-100e margin on your req 8 15^50.

I bought a req 9 tac non-insc Guardian of the Hunt -2st/+29 for ~30-35k a few months ago (and I was bidding against someone with on guru auctions with the same username as someone on forums who I believe knows prices fairly well). I'm not sure if that was high, low, or average, but based on my purchase, I'd put your shield at ~20k. IMO you should get another opinion though.

EDIT: Yeah, go with their prices. It looks like I just got lucky and the other guy wasn't very interested.

You were really really lucky to buy it that incredibly low. I would say 30e+ for this shield, but get more opinions.
