Q9 heal cc is around 22-25e
Pyroclastic around 20-30k ask more opinion on that
What skin is it on tactic shield?
collosal scimitar now days are common i would say 5k each for those q9 you have

Colossal Scimitar q9 should be some 10-15k, casters love it.
