I'm not talking about those nerf runes btw, the sup vigor i got is same as the one you can get from the trader but thing is The name ''Sup Vigor'' is not written in gold trim but blue, Also you know the look between sup and minor rune? the sup vigor i got is at minor rune appearance.

Those weird runes aren't glitched, they just have dropped before certain updates. There are 3 kinds of 'odd' runes:
* Major and Superior runes with the icon of a Minor rune are fairly rare, that's how runes dropped during first 3-4 weeks since GW release. A Sup Vigor from that time is especially nice. I got a Superior Axe rune like this (actually selffound back then and after the furst rune update I've decided to keep it and never sell, knowing it will be a nice oddity item in a couple years)
* Major and Superior runes with the right icon but with a blue name are much more common as they have been dropping this way for about 4.5 months. I have also kept just 1, this one even still unidentified (sup ele rune).
* Major runes with -50hp were available for years but almost never used by anyone so not many of them exists (rarity is on par with the blue name superiors). Back when 55hp farming/running builds were popular, those -50 runes actually HAD a use - swap armor set pieces in case you died - swapping from a -75 to a -50 rune was slightly better than swapping your cesta to a -20hp focus. This use was the reason why I've kept only a few MONK +2/-50s.
Oh, and dyes with 25g merch value are how the Nightfall quest reward dyes were like for the first couple weeks(?). They were not a drop. They were later fixed because people complaied (rightfully) that they don't stack with normal dyes of that type. I have found them to be an annoyance more than a rarity and haven't kept any.
The glitched Gray Dye (that looks bright red) is something different, although it does have the 25g merch value aswell (just like all Gray Dyes). BTW I have a couple of those, might want to trade/sell
