Which character shud i make?

like which 1 is easy to play and fun too.

Assassin? Mindless spam in both PvP and PvE.

hmm, ive had some bad reviews on them. not sure though.

Easy and fun? Warrior is pretty easy. And getting up in the middle of a fight and hacking, slashing, or pounding your enemies to death is always fun!

Ritualist isn't too hard of a profession to master. It can be quite fun, but it can get tediuos spamming spirits all the time. Fortunately, there are a few different ways you can play them.

Nuking baddies can be both fun and easy with an Elementalist. If you like seeing big numbers (in Normal Mode), then Ele is the profession for you.

I think those are the three easiest professions to pick up and do well at.

Warrior and Necro are characters for easy self explore in PvP. If you should start with a character i`ll advise you to pick one of them.
Monk is always needed in all sorts of Areas and you`ll be able to find teams without much problem.
Start with those characters to learn the basics of the game.
Ranger and Ele are good ranged classes that are easy to be played.
Ritu and Sin are good for farming.
Dervish, para and mesmer have their own unique use. In my own eyes you should go for them at the end.

Necromancer as anti-melee in PvP - Ra,HA
Monk as healer in PvP - Ra
Elementalist as DD - HA
Starters go for this classes. Easy to be played (monk ftw) and easy to be picked.
Dervish, Warrior and Sin - melee - only if you want to master the close combat.
Para - random meta usage
Ranger and Mesmer - don`t go for thеsе classes. This are key positions for any HA or GvG team and if you don`t play good, you`ll screw the whole team. I`m not kiddin with that. Those classes make the difference between R200 and R10.

warrior is the easiest proffesion, high armour means monsters will target you after the spellcasters, and they're pretty simple to play. ritualists can be easy or hard, depending on how you play them, but an Signet of spirits spammer is an easy profession (it might not teach you much about the game though). monks are easy to play, in pve , though they are an essential part of the team. i wouldn't recommend playing:
*mesmer, it requires you to understand more about the game, but it can still be a great starter proffesion
*necro, sacrificing health and managing minions, life stealing e.t.c. might be confusing butthe easy energy gain can be good to start off with
*assassin, it can be kind of demotivating to die so much, but just take som defensive skills and it can be great fun.
*paragon, until the upcoming buff happens i wouldn't recommend paras, they're usefullness is limited and it can be quite boring spamming skills and seeing no drastic difference.

Try them all see which ones you like

Learn the basics of the game on one of the easier classes people have recommended, it can be done on a sin as well, BUT it's hard, due to not knowing how the game works which leads to dieing a lot and getting hated and so on so on. But if you learn to play the game, if on a sin for example, and you become a good sin who doesn't die, you pump out a crapload of damage and win pve from every angle.

Try every profession out until you find the one you like the most. By doing this, you'll ultimately extend your gaming "experience" and actually prolong Guild Wars its self.

You want a faceroll class that's fun? I think every profession has atleast one build that's lol-easy to use. mesmers spam panic, necs spam mop, rits spam spirits; etc. Imbagon,

We've all seen bad players play each profession poorly, regardless of easy it should be. Your question is subjective. You will be better at some things than others. Some things will interest you more than others. One thing is clear: You don't need US telling you what to play. Just make a character and try it out. If it sucks, make a new one. It costs you nothing but a little time.

This. Everyone has a different point of view, no reason to decide on advices only.

All professions are easy to play, the differences are how hard they are to play well and how hard they are to really master.
In PvE all classes are about equally hard to play well, I would say melees are a little bit harder to play well because you always have to position yourself to protect your allies but still be in a position to deal good damage, and the warrior is the hardest of them because he not only have to manage energy, but adrenaline too; on the other hand that imo makes him the most interesting melee to play though. Because the AI opponents are very bad compared to human players you'll properly never be able to learn how to master your profession nor will it ever be required in PvE.
In PvP the non core classes (Assassin, Ritualist, Dervish, Paragon) and the Necromant are relativly easy to master, while the other classes are very hard to master.
