I would merch the staff, illusion ain't really the thing for mesmers, and it's q10.

Daggers maybe 5k. Really common skin. Every time I think I merched all mine and got rid of them I find a new pair creeping in a corner of my xunlai/mule...

NOTE: prices are for skin only, mods are worth a bit by themselves.

Actually, I would disagree about the staff. Unless you were considering putting an aptitude mod on it or something, the requirement doesn't matter because you shouldn't be wanding. So if you were to keep the mods as, say, they are now, it's just as good as a zodiac staff of any req in terms of functionality.
However, that said, it would probably be useful for you or your heroes only, because people who buy weapons for their skins don't tend to look at it practically like that.
So basically, it's up to you.
