I found a req 9 ebon Gothic Sword of Demonslaying 14^50 20%vs Demons, non insc

I'd appreciate if someone could tell me is this is worth anything, or just salvage de demon mod.

Sword itself isnt much
but demon slayin is quite valuble and can get from 15k-100k depends on buyer

Sword ~5-10k.

20% Demonslaying ~40-50k atm.
