34 - salvage of enchanting or ~15k (meh skin, but the mods are assembled)
37 - vampiric

6 might get 2-5k, but is pretty common
13 might get 2-8k
17 might get 2-10k, or salvage the of enchanting
26 I think is listed in the greens&other unique items thread
33 = 50k+++? You might highlight him from the trash to get a better PC :P
35 I think i saw one like that for 20kish earlier
39 20-50k

Check the greens & other unique items thread for your greens. Most just get dumped for 1-5k in bulk lately though, and I don't remember those being anything special.

Yes, but don't do it. An item is not worth the sum of the mods on it, so you'll generally end up with less than you would by selling them seperately.
