The first account I ever bought.

So on my first account I bought back when Deldrimor War Camp was new and everyone was farming it for the greens. I decided to quit playing and start playing wow. Well now that I am back I tried logging into that account and it said I had the wrong PW so I tried to change it and when I checked the email account the game was setup on there was no email from Anet. So I am assuming the account was hacked somehow? I don't have the box for the CD keys anymore it is long gone. The only info I do have the the email it was registered under and the names of a few of my guys. With just that info would I be able to get the account back?

I am just looking for input or ideas to help me out here. There is alot of goodies on my 55 monk I had that I want back. lol

Well if uve lost the keys, forgot Pw and wont get new to email as its possibly changed? theres nothing rly u can do

Well as you know you have to send to anet

1.name and address

2.when purchased

3. email account it was under

4 serial keys.................you dont have

5. if its on your master account if you had them linked ?

a few things did you check your Junk Folder? on the email account.

If it was on same computer then there is a tool that microsoft has that lets you check whats on your hard drive.This tool will let you see any keys you had for any software you installed on it with a serial key.

Well I have 3 of the five. The computer I used back then is long gone. And I checked my old email account. I will give it a try thanks.

IF you put ur account through NC soft you can call their support and they will help you out aswell, i went through the same thing and they were able to get my account back with just the e-mail, name of some of my toons on the account and a few other things.

If you still have that email account, then hacked or not, you should be getting the email. Given that it is Sunday, I am guessing you expected them to respond to you over the weekend. You might wanna rethink that. If you don't hear from them by Wednesday, send them another email.

If he quit in the first year of release, there were no NCSoft accounts. Even if the contact email has been changed, Support would be sending any messages to both email accounts. As TheodenKing said, wait until the weekend is over.

If you haven't heard back by Wednesday, then you can try sending a message to [email protected] with LOST ACCOUNT INFO in the subject line. Include all the information you can in the body of the email. Include the account id (email), creation date, owner's name, address, campaigns, character names and their creation dates and any other info you can remember. You don't need to give them your password. If you don't have some of that info, then just supply as much as you can.

a quick question, did you put in your character name at the login screen?
