I can't find anymore quests

I'm currently level 9 with 75% and I cannot find anymore quests to do. I'm a chracter in Nightfall (Dervish/Warrior).

The only two quests I have which I haven't completed yet is:

I'm 2nd Spear, with 76 points left to get and I don't want to grind 76 monsters as that will take me an hour or two.

I've finished every quest in:

Kamadan
Champion's Dawn
Sun spear great hall
The Astralarium
Jokanur diggings

Anyways what else should I do now? Grind 76 monsters until I hand in those two quests and hope to level then check every town again for new quests or where should I travel to quest now?

I would say just keep doing those quests. One is the story line, which will bring you to new outposts, and bring new quests.

You need to reach the rank of First Spear to progress in the primary storyline, and The Honorable General is a primary quest. If you are level 12, you can bypass the rank requirement.

Just grind the 76 monsters it wont take long and then you can do the Honorable General witch is part of the main quest. This seems the be one of the most common problems people run into when starting characters in Nightfall, I usually just kill everything on the Plains of Jarin twice then I start my questing when I make a new Nightfall character it will also get both of your attribute points quest's out of the way.

Well I grinded the monsters and did the mission they gave me.

Finally, 2nd mission and level 11 ;[
Got more quests tho and I also unlocked N.O.X or w.e

If you don't want to grind 76 monsters for some rank then you are not gonna have a fun time trying to max it if you are lol

Don't forget in Zehlon Reach to the North West on the map, there is a bunch of quests out there as well. It's a small village with several NPC's that have quests.

One of my primary quests brought me there.

You must always follow the primary quest line. Those are required to advance in Nightfall. Anything that's not a primary quest or mission is completely optional. There are a few places in Nightfall that get confusing as to where to pick up the next primary quest, but you can check on wiki to figure out what is next.

Ingame:
1) type f10
2) type in the name of the last primary quest or mission you completed
3) look toward the right, there will be a box listed "preceded by", and "followed by."
4) click on the quest/mission listed under "followed by"

m.o.x. That would be something to unlock n.o.x. for PVE. Steamroll through anything after that.
