Regular misc/titles stuff

I haven't been playing for almost a year so I lost the track of prices... so could someone write down the current prices of sweet tooth/drunkard/party animal points, elemental damage mods for axes and swords, and -20% blind/cripple for shield, as well as +30hp. Thanks in advance.

Also, for the people wondering why I just didn't check what each of them go for in game, I actually did, but the price difference between buyers and sellers is just insane... for example I ran into several people selling +30 for shield for 6-10k , while buyers offer up to 2k. The things are just confusing, I've never noticed stuff like that before.

sweet tooth and party items are 100-180g per point (some people selling for 200g). sweet tooth are little expensive than party since they not that easy to get.

Drunken items are 50-80g per point.

i don't think bling and crippling mod worth any money maybe 200-300g to some one who wants it.

30Hp for shield is 3k
