The weapons you get after the Battle at Lion's Arch; the commemorative weapons and Oppressor's weapons; can they be added to the Hall of Monuments? Or is it still just Destroyer and Torment items?

No they can not be added to the HoM, destro weaps and torms only.

I checked wiki already, but since these weapons are new, I thought maybe it hadn't been updated yet.

Disappointed, these weapons aren't even very nice, except for a couple.

I dunno what they were thinking when they made the sword, I hope I can sell it while it's still new.
