One question. How are the low levels supposed to get there?

if u have LA open is an easy walk with heros/henchies,if u are nowhere neer la yet u could try and get someone to run u there or help u through the missons.

If u are struggleing by all means catch me in game i dont mind helping out

I'm sorry, I didn't put much info... but what actually made me ask that is that I ran into peacekeepers and high level white mantle while going there prior to Battle of LA, they were just in front of the entrance. But apparently they don't spawn there always, I went there with my other char today and there weren't any.. apart from one group that could be avoided.

if the mantle are there in full force as you say, its because you have started the War In Kryta quests but have not completed the final quest (Battle for Lion's Arch).. they are not normally there and will leave once the battle is over.

If you are only going there to farm hardened humps for Nick, you dont need to bother with them, just farm along the nothern and eastern edges and you should be fine. They are easy to avoid if you arent trying to vanquish or have other business in their location.

The White mantle and Peacekeepers only start spawning when you start WiK content - ie, after you finish Prophecies campaign. So, you're not going to be low level - unless you gut run through the campaign.

I thought the WiK stuff wasn't supposed to spawn if you hadn't finished Proph or EotN?

Yes the WiK doesnt spawn unless you have started it. It is possible the OP has finished eye and not prophecies---

and OP the way I do it, I use a character that has not started the WiK stuff to farm--no problems from mantle or peacekeepers at all then!

i get them all the with my rit and she not started wik or finished Prophecies campaign i guess it was just because i got wik on my ranger is there something wrong with my rit then ????

You will get some of the mantle and peacekeepers if you have finished either eye or prophecies. But you cant do the wanted bounties until you have done the requirements (watch the asura thing and go to the wilderness area with salma).....

The same way low levels get to Droks or the Consulate Docks... with help.

Did you finish EOTN on your Rit? If so, that will also trigger the WiK content.

Do the D'Alessio Seaboard mission (right next to Lions Arch). After that you end up in Divinity Coast.
