Is there any way of being able to tell the hp of a spectral vaettir in HM

600 hp and damn high armor vs almost everything - probably on of the "hardest" foes in gw just because of their armor and vaetires probably brag about it lol.Btw wasnt mindblades in Uw meant to have around 600hp - swear anet buffed their hp ages ago.

Unless set otherwise by ArenaNet, foes use the same health scale as players, afaik. This is the case here.
