Amatz Basin Challenge

Hello community

I've got 68,000 / 70,000 Kurzick Faction avaliable for filling up and donating to my guild. To get the other 2,000, I need to beat the two Challenges in the Kurzick territory.

After a few hours spent on Amratz, I decided to come to the community for help. When attempting it, I ran UA with 3 discords/minion makers and my teammate ran SoS also with 3 discords. On the second to last attempt, I aquired 89 refugees saved- but I need to score 100 for me to increase my faction cap.

Is anyone out there experienced with this challenge and can give me some sort of advice or strategy?

Bring another person with sabway/discord heroes.

I did do that. Have you beaten this challenge before? any advice as to saving the refugees?

I put a team on each side to maximize productivity.

A quick search in Explorer's League came back with.....

Or just spend 5 minutes in JQ waiting to enter a match, once inside that match spend another 8-10 minutes playing and winning (yielding you 3,500+ Kurzick faction) instead of spending all this time trying to get an EXACT 70k?

Faction Cap, not Faction...

I think the OP is trying to beat Amatz Basin in order to increase his/her faction cap from 68k to 70k not his/her actual faction points.

It's not as effective as it once was, but if you put a couple of invinci-tanks near each spawn point, you can just live for a few minutes and get the points.

Unfortunately, you'll probably have to use a gimmick like this, because honestly the challenge is pretty ridiculous if you're just fighting.

id be happy to help (or at least try). i need to increase my cap as well, and i've only been able to reach 80ish with H/H or a random pugger. give me a shout tomorrow night (or whenever).

back in the day I did this solo as perma sliver, the main thing was not so much killing as keeping the timer going. Since SF got nerfed, I'm not sure if using enough cons will keep SF up perma, but if so, that will do the job.

You can do this easily with 1 or 2 assassins and a main team. Have the assassins run a perma tank with anti knockdown skills. And have your main team just kill the monsters on the right side of the map while the other two permas take middle and left respectively. You can easily get 100 points. When I did this with my cousin, I was perma tanking the middle lane and he was killing the right lane (didn't bother with left lane) and our record was 169 or so.

Tanked with my ele in the middle. The rest got the right and left sides for a few minutes after start, then they held just right side.

I've never really done these challenges, but I wouldn't mind trying with someone. PM me for ign if you want someone to partner or play with.

I did it by running Perma myself and simultaneously microing two perma-sin heroes. I'd also say that this would actually be a good place for a double-discordway/sabway team.

The mission itself is awful and needs to have the number of Wardens reduced drastically, it's like fighting the zerg....

I 600'd the middle path with a hero ranger using QZ so that I had unlimited IAU and SoA, aka. invincibility.

then the other 6 people(person w/ 4 heros and 1 hench) chilled on the right side and it was cake
