I am looking to buy a voltiac spear and I have 350k,so i want the cheapest 1 i can find

At 350k you can buy a q9 one (you got ~52e, and with a bit of searching you can find one at that price).

A q13 is ~25e, maybe 30e.

I agree with Sky, 25e is fair for an r13.

30e is the MAX you should pay, don't go above that.
